1 / Do you groom both cats and dogs?
Yes! While we specialise in cat grooming, we also offer services for dogs. Each pet is handled in a species-specific space to reduce stress.
2 / Do you accept walk-ins?
We work by appointment only, to give each pet the time and attention they need without rushing.
3 / Can I stay and watch my pet being groomed?
Yes — we have viewing areas so you can feel at ease and see how your pet is doing.
4 / How long does a session take?
It depends on your pet’s coat condition, temperament, and the service booked. Most sessions take between 1.5 to 2 hours.
5 / Do you handle aggressive or anxious pets?
We take a Fear-Free approach and go at your pet’s pace. If your pet is too stressed or aggressive, we may pause the session and suggest next steps.
6 / What should I bring for my appointment?
Just your pet, their carrier or leash, and any medical or behavioural info we should know about. You’re also welcome to bring their favourite treats, toy, or blanket — anything that helps them feel more at ease during the session.
7 / How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on your pet’s size, coat condition, and grooming needs. Feel free to reach out to us for an estimate or to chat about what your pet might need.
8 / What if my pet has parasites (e.g. fleas, ticks, mites, ringworm)?
For the safety of all pets, we’re unable to proceed with grooming if your pet has any parasites or contagious skin conditions. This is to prevent contamination and ensure a clean, safe space for every pet. If we notice anything during the session, we’ll stop and inform you.
9 / What’s your late policy?
We have a 15-minute grace period. If you’re running late, drop us a message. After 15 minutes, we may need to skip some parts of the session or reschedule, depending on the day’s bookings. A late fee may apply from the second time onwards.
10 / What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand things come up. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
