Behind every grooming session is just a small team that cares deeply about your pets.
We met while working side by side at another studio — from grooming together, then eventually building a space of our own: Kisska & Ko.
When we designed this studio, we did it by putting ourselves in your shoes & your pets' paws. We asked ourselves, "How would our own pets want to feel here?"
That’s why at Kisska & Ko., grooming isn’t about how they look. It’s about how they feel throughout the whole experience.

Natalia Gangourian @ Natasha
Groomer / Studio Manager
With over 10 years in grooming and three long-haired adopted kitties at home, Nat has worked with all kinds of cats and dogs, different coats, and different temperaments. What really stands out is her ability to read animals and prioritize their comfort.
While she’s a master of the craft with clippers and scissors, her real strength is empathy. She manages the studio with a "comfort-first" lens, ensuring that even the most anxious pets feel heard and handled with care, even if that means the results differ from what pet parents might expect.

Syazana Izzati
Groomer / Social Media Manager
With 6 rescued cats, Zana understands that cats need a completely different approach and she somehow just gets them. She’s also confident with dogs when needed (mostly when it’s playtime and treats time 😉)
She’s usually the one calming pets or acting as the “official distraction” while Nat does the grooming, but somehow always ends up being the pets’ favourite. Whether she's behind the camera or offering a comforting hand, she makes sure every pet feels like they're just hanging out with a friend.
Siqi
Brand & Experience Manager
She might be a rare sight in the studio, but Siqi is the one working behind the scenes to make sure everything feels just right. From keeping your bookings seamless to dreaming up new ideas and building meaningful partnerships, she’s the one looking after the "human" side of Kisska & Ko.
While Nat and Zana are hands-on with the pets, Siqi is the one obsessing over the details that happen before you even reach our door. She makes sure that from the moment you find us, your experience is as thoughtful and easy as possible.
Roger
Transport (KissKar)
Has his own dog and years of driving experience, Roger naturally keeps things chill and makes sure every pet travels safely and comfortably.
Because honestly, the experience starts way before they even arrive.

We keep things small on purpose.
When we designed this space, we did it by putting ourselves in your shoes and your pets’ paws. We asked ourselves what would make our own pets feel most at home, and built everything around that.
No rushing, no overcrowding, just a transparent, quiet space where pets can feel safe, and pet parents can feel at ease too.

Grooming is a lifelong journey, and it’s one that shouldn’t be scary.
We know grooming is something most pets will experience throughout their lives. Our aim is never to make it something they fear, but something they can slowly learn to be okay with over time.
